Who Is Brian?!
Dynamic and collaborative combined with high enthusiasm and a customer-centric mindset, Brian Wilson has spent over 14 years supporting and leading a multitude of programs, projects and working groups at The Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Brian possesses a desirable skillset in the areas of digital transformation, project and program management, meeting facilitation and stakeholder, customer service and organizational development.
Brian currently oversees training and upskilling, communications, stakeholder engagement and organizational change management activities.
Prior to his current Organizational Change work at the SEC, Brian served as the Program Manager for the Electronic Contract Filing System (ECFS) at DHS. Brian led and oversaw all market research, procurement and contracting activities, and training and implementation activities.
Brian and the team successfully deployed ECFS at the height of the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic. Prior to DHS, Brian supported several program offices within DoD to include the Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS) program and the Integrated Electronic Health Records (iEHR) program at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
Brian received his master’s degree in business administration from Webster University and bachelor’s degree in marketing from Rutgers University.
Brian is a creator to the core and enjoys working on his photography and music production. Brian was a former member of the Washington DC Chapter of the Recording Academy.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a desire to help individuals and organizations achieve their fullest potential. My journey began with an academic foundation in marketing and business administration, and it has been enriched by diverse experiences across various sectors, including defense, health records, and enterprise office solutions. These experiences have equipped me with a broad understanding of complex systems and the nuances of change management.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a creator at heart. My passion for photography and music production fuels my creativity and enriches my approach to coaching and consulting. These creative pursuits remind me of the importance of innovation, inspiration, and enthusiasm – qualities that I strive to bring into every coaching session and consulting engagement.
In summary, coaching and consulting, and training facilitation are more than just services I offer; they are integral parts of who I am. They allow me to combine my expertise, creativity, and passion to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and the success of organizations. I am committed to helping my clients navigate their journeys, achieve their goals, and unlock their true potential.
